Fiskars 0% Stress 100% Happiness Campaign Terms and Conditions

  • Promotion Period: 1st March to 30th June 2019.
  • Time to Register: 1st March to 29th August 2019.
  • Returning products: 2nd March to 29th August 2019 
  • Time to receive vouchers : 30th April 2019 (Minimum 60 days after purchase) to 12th September 2019 (14 days after last qualifying period)

1. THE OFFER

1.1 In order to qualify for this Promotion, participants must purchase new Fiskars Gardening Tools branded products to the below values during the promotional period from participating retailers in the UK.

1.2 Purchases made before midnight on Thursday 28th February 2019 or after midnight on Sunday 30th June 2019 will not be eligible under this promotion.

1.3 This is an offer for end-users customers only and is not applicable to retailers. Fiskars reserves the right to request any additional information to evidence that the purchaser is indeed end-user. All participants must be registered in/resident in the UK.

1.4 All participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.5 This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion whatsoever.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

2.1 To enter the promotion, purchase any combination or singular item from the Fiskars branded Gardening Tools range above a value of £50.00 as detailed above.

2.2 All purchases must be made from a single retailer but can be multiple purchases over the period of the promotion. Each receipt can only be used in relation to one claim. We will not accept claims with receipts from multiple retailers.

2.3 To claim the reimbursement:
1/ Submit a fully and correctly completed form via www.fiskarshappiness.co.uk to be received no earlier than the date of purchase clearly shown on the receipt and no later than the final deadline for claims, which 60 days after the date shown on the purchase receipt – the last date for purchases being 30th June 2019 and for registration is 29th August 2019

2/ Follow the instructions on the webpage to submit the completed redemption form, together with a scan or image of your original participating retailer receipt as proof of purchase. The purchase receipt must include the name of the products purchased clearly showing they are Fiskars branded and clearly show the date of purchase. If the date cannot be read or the receipt does not show clearly that the items purchased are Fiskars branded Gardening Tools then the claim may be reviewed.

3/ All products registrations must be submitted online and received between midnight on 1st March 2019 and midnight on Sunday 29th August 2019.

2.4 Claims that are incomplete, incorrect, or illegible will not be processed. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any claims delayed, lost or completed incorrectly or incompletely.

2.5 Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

2.6 There can only be a single claim per purchase transaction.

3. THE REIMBURSEMENT:

This offer is strictly as follows:
3.1. Claim £10 on purchases between £50 and £100 and £20 on purchase over £100. Combined purchases are allowed and maybe be on multiple receipts but must be from the same store.

3.2 The reimbursement will be provided in the form of a Garden Centre Vouchers posted by recorded delivery to the nominated address. No other arrangement will be entered into and no cash alternative will be offered.

3.3 The Promoter will endeavour to process all claims within 4 weeks of receipt of the online claim form. However, please note that the Promoter shall not be liable for any claim that is not processed within this time frame.

3.4 All respondents will be assumed to be 100% happy with their purchase once they have owned the product for 60 days, without sending a complaint. The promotional vouchers will be sent within 14 days to the address nominated on the registration form.

3.5 If a purchaser has at any point in the 60 day period after purchase returned the product for any reason then they are deemed to not be 100% happy and will not be eligible for the reimbursement. The cost of the returned product is not eligible to count towards a multiple purchase claim.

3.6 If a purchaser is not 100% happy they have the right to return the product on the conditions outlined below.

4. THE RETURNS PROCEDURE:

If a consumer is happy with all or part of their purchase they have the right to return the product and receive a full refund. The process for returns is as follows:

4.1 Dissatisfied customers must return their products by following the instructions on the website www.fiskarshappiness.co.uk giving clear reasons as to why they are unhappy.

4.2 Once completed and submitted Fiskars will reply within 5 working days to validate the return.

4.3 Once validated the consumer has 7 days to return the products to Fiskars designated process partner using the Post Office returns procedure. Full details will be given once the return is validated.

4.4 This promotion does not affect a consumers statutory rights.

5. THE PROMOTER

6. DISCLAIMERS

6.1. Fiskars reserves the right to void, amend, and/or change this promotion at any time and change the conditions without incurring any liability whatsoever.

6.2. Fiskars shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this promotion.

6.3 Fiskars shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, severe weather conditions, fire, flood, war, earthquake, riots, industrial dispute, terrorism, acts of God, supervening legislation, or events which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.

6.4 Fiskars shall not be liable for any failure in communication services via the internet.

7. JURISDICTION

The construction,validity and performance of these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts shall apply. In the event of any dispute over interpretation or construction of these Terms and Conditions or on any matter related to this offer, the decision of the directors of Fiskars UK Ltd is final.
